Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi has introduced their newest AirDots S TWS earbuds in China. It features bluetooth version 5 chip for speedy connectivity with smart devices and comes with new low-latency game mode.
The Redmi AirDots S turns on automatically when they are are removed from the casing. It will feature both single and dual use and is not limited to single master-slave device. A single earbud gives mono sound while binaural mode gives of stereo.
The Air Dots S comes with 7.2mm sound-generating unit with larger speaker size and gives low frequency. Redmi also packed in DSP intelligent environment noise reduction technology which removes external noise and ensures quality of calls.
The earbuds will be featured in small / medium / large sizes and weighs 4.1 grams. The earphones are freely adjustable and comfortable to wear, ensuring secure fit during different activities like running, punching or listening to music.
The battery should give the user about 4 hours of usage on single charge. Along with its charging / carry case, it gives cumulative use time of 12 hours talking. The buds will also feature a multi-function key to play / pause music or double click for accessing voice assistant or 3 clicks for gaming mode.
The Redmi AirDots S price is currently priced at 99 Yuan (USD$ 14 / Rs. 1070 / €13) approximately and will be available in black color. It is now available in China and via Mi.com. Availability for global markets will be made later this year.
