A year after announcing it’s first set of TVs, Roku has now shown up with a high-end Roku Pro TV Series that offers 4K QLED and mini-LED display features.

The new Pro Series comes in three screen sizes, costing below $1,500. This aside, the company is also rolling out Roku Smart Picture – an AI feature to adjust the video and audio quality to enrich the viewing experience.

Roku’s High-End TVs With AI Features

Starting with simple streaming devices, Roku has gradually grown to make it’s own branded TVs last year. While these TVs – Roku Select and Roku Plus Series align with it’s affordability ideology, they aren’t as good as the rival OEMs in the same space.

Thus, Roku has developed a high-end TV set called the Roku Pro Series, that offer 4K QLED screens and mini-LED for local dimming, besides audio upgrades for a “wide cinematic sound”.

These TVs come in three sizes, viz 55’’, 65’’ and 75″, and cost less than $1,500 in the US. Scheduled to arrive in the spring, Roku is also debuting a new Smart Picture feature to all it’s TV line-up, designed to optimize the viewing experience.

Leveraging AI, machine learning, and data from content partners, Roku Smart Picture will adjust the TV settings based on what’s being viewed, to display it in the best possible way. The company may reveal more details regarding these in the upcoming CES conference, scheduled next Wednesday, January 10.
